May 6th - May 10th is staff appreciation week. We are so thankful for our staff!
May 7: 7th-grade field trip to Loon's Stadium
May 9: Spring band concert at BCHS begins at 6:30 pm
May 10: Half Day of school, dismissal at 10:30 am
May 18: BCMS Semi-formal dance, 3 - 5:30 pm, $15 per ticket
May 27: Memorial Day, no school
Northern Lanes is hosting free bowling this summer for students. Students will receive two free games of bowling this summer. Please register at www.kidsbowlfree.com. Students can stop by the office and pick up a bowling postcard.
The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library is hosting its Teen Advisory meeting on Monday, May 6th. The meeting is from 6 - 7 pm and this month's activity is painting terra cotta pots.
Basketball Camp! BCHS is hosting basketball camps for 6th - 8th grade boys and girls. The registration form is in the office. The form is due on or before June 3rd. The camps run June 10th - 13th. Cost is $50 per student.
The Chippewa Nature is hosting summer camps and looking for teen volunteers. The positions needing volunteers are Counselor-in-Training, Acitivty Crew Member, and Crew Leader. Students will earn 60 volunteer hours and gain knowledge and experience from their supervising counselors. The volunteer commitment is two weeks. Students should stop by the counseling office for more information.
