Pine River Elementary's Girls on the Run program had a super fun themed practice where the group was able to embrace their inner Taylor Swift. The girls dressed up as their favorite Taylor Swift album and even exchanged friendship bracelets. While they ran, they listened to Taylor Swift music. In recognition of National Kindness Week, yesterday was Step Up & Stand Out: Crazy Socks Day at Pine River Elementary. It's a visual reminder for each one of us to be an up-stander by stepping up and saying something when we see or hear someone being unkind.
