I like my position at J. Ranck Electric because it has given me more experience in the field of electrical. It has improved my communication skills because of the daily conversations and emails I have with other employees. I am able to work on many different projects and at my own pace.
Since it is a family business I have grown up going to a lot of the events, which helped me ease into the job easier.
